Project Payment Plan - Sakthi Flats I
Payment Schedule:- Rs.1,00,000/- For Booking of the Property(Earnest Money Deposit).
- 20% of the Cost of the Property upon (within 14 days from the date of Booking) after deducting the payment of the above booking earnest money deposit.
- 25% of the Cost of the Property on or before Foundation level.
- 15% of the Cost of the Property on or before Ground Floor Roofing.
- 15% of the Cost of the Property on or Before First Floor Roofing.
- 15% of the Cost of the Property on or Before Second Floor Roofing.
- 5% of the Cost of the Property on or Before Plastering.
- 5% of the Cost of the Property on or Before Flooring.
